Jane was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is invariably professional, knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. My partner and I were looking for a very long time, but she stuck with us and made sure we didn't settle for anything less than the right place for us. She is a skilled negotiator and does not hesitate to go to bat for her clients.

Sold a home in 2023.
Jane was most helpful. We listed at the post-covid low market, and circumstances were challenging. She was supportive, provided wisdom, provided a useful plan to sell. Additionally, Jane proved most resourceful in suggesting other helpful professionals. Jane is in a terrific network of professionals who all communicate effectively and are results-oriented. I recommend Jane without reservation.

Empathetic and tireless! Jane was an outstanding representative for our family throughout the entire sale process. As a neighbor just down the street, we knew she would be able to speak to the neighborhood and the life that potential buyers would have living here. She helped us on our most complicated and thorny issues, and had a deep bench of resources for house prep. We’re thankful for her!

Primary point of contact: Jane Berardi Jane Berardi and the Aisenberg team helped us buy a new home to accommodate our growing family. They worked with us for close to a year and were patient as we took the time to get to know the market and area when moving from downtown D.C. to the suburbs. Jane was extremely responsive and was willing to bend to our schedule which was quite hectic on account of a 2 year old and newborn - I can't think of a time when we tried to schedule a showing that Jane or one of her team members didn't make themselves available. Given the competitive market, the team provided important guidance on how to make our offers as competitive as possible but all the while respecting our max budget and not putting undue pressure to extend beyond our comfort level. Buying a home can be an arduous, stressful process but Jane made it as easy as possible.

If I was a buyer and you two hold an open house if I have a conversation about the house with the two two off you, I will be sold, with that in mind I want to know if it’s possible for the first open house you two can hold the open house together.
